What is the Metamorphic Technique?

The Metamorphic Technique is a therapy that unlocks crystallized memory cells, regardless of their origin. They may stem from our childhood, from when we were in our mother’s womb, or even earlier—before we were born.

What does it mean to release crystallized memory cells?

Crystallized memory cells are behavioral patterns that were formed at a specific moment, in a specific situation. Obviously, if we were two years old when we formed a behavioral pattern, that pattern will not be the same as one we might form as adults, with greater maturity and knowledge.

This pattern of behavior creates an automatic link between a situation and the way we respond to it, so that we realize that, in certain circumstances, we always respond in a certain way. We know it’s not right, but we’re unable to change that conditioned response.

What the Metamorphic Technique does is break the energy link between the situation and the behavioral pattern, so that when we encounter the same situation again, we have to create a new behavioral pattern from the moment we are in it, without the conditioning of the automatic response.

The automatic response has disappeared, and therefore we can generate a new way of acting in that situation. In other words, the behavioral pattern is released to make way for a new behavioral pattern that we create in the present moment with the knowledge we have at that time.

What can you expect in a Metamorphic Technique session?

In the practice of the Metamorphic Technique, it is not the therapist who decides what is released, nor how much is released, but rather the person’s own energy and their higher self who decide how much is released at that moment and what is released.

After applying the Metamorphic Technique, the therapist provides information about the potential behavioral patterns the person has been working on, releasing, and unblocking.

The release is instantaneous. The moment the Metamorphic Technique is performed, the person is energetically released. On other levels, it may take a little longer. It is said that the Metamorphic Technique continues to work for 2 or 3 weeks. It may be that many or few things are released in a single session. The reality is that in each session, everything that needs to be released in that session is released.

The release occurs instantly in the past, at the source, and also in the present—which is where we project ourselves into the future—so that if we change the present (which comes from the past), we will be changing and creating a better future.

What sensations might we experience during a Metamorphic Technique session?

The sensations we may experience during metamorphosis vary widely. We may perceive images or memories in our minds. We may feel emotions. We may feel nothing at all.

That doesn’t mean it isn’t releasing; it is releasing anyway.

On a physical level, we may feel a tingling sensation, intense heat, a feeling of floating, or a surge of energy; sometimes even different physical sensations in different parts of the body, as if they were being worked on physically (pain, stretching, as if someone were touching you, etc.).

It can also happen that at the moment of the metamorphosis we feel nothing, and that a few days later we have a revealing dream about our childhood or about some unresolved situation. That would be the result of the metamorphosis.

In other cases, it might happen that we’re walking down the street and suddenly have a flash of insight in which we see a situation clearly. This, too, would be a result of the release brought about by the Metamorphic Technique.
